Just a reminder that the next Council meeting is on Wednesday, November 29th, 6-7pm, in the school library. As always, there will be childcare and a light meal provided.
We plan to discuss and accept volunteers for the Playground Fundraising Committee and hope to rally troops for the Holiday Luncheon. We’ll hear an update from Principal Marsh and take suggestions for fun winter initiatives (ie charity drives, family skating) and fundraising opportunities.

TDSB’s Parent Involvement Advisory Committee (PIAC) invites all TDSB parents/guardians to take part in their upcoming conference. Join other parents/guardians and take part in informative workshops on topics related to parenting, student learning, and school councils.

The Toronto Foundation for Student Success Sight and Sound Clinic will be at Niagara on Wednesday December 6th.
Students brought information home last week. For those who wish to participate, this is a gentle reminder to return forms along with the fee money to the office no later than Wednesday, November 22nd.

There were so many wonderfully artistic creations! The kids and I had a lot of fun making them but I’m sure they were even more fun to eat.
The School Council made a whopping $574 – thanks Linda! That’s a whole lotta dough …. and a lotta monster eyeball cookies and rice crispie headstones!
