It’ll be a pretty big birthday party for Canada tomorrow. 150 years in the making! How will you celebrate?
There will be entertainment, art workshops, and an artisan market at the Harbourfront Centre.
The Royal Ontario Museum is offering free admission to all visitors 10am-5pm. Note that admission prices for Out of the Depths: The Blue Whale Story will still be in effect.
Check out the Redpath Waterfront Festival to see the world’s largest rubber duck and enjoy live entertainment and food at the artisan market.
Take in a free Canada Day concert at Humber Bay Park. And why not bike there? Bike Pirates will guide a group riding from Trinity Bellwoods to Humber Bay Park West starting at 3 pm.
Consider Evergreen Brickworks, from 11 am – 5 pm, for Canada Day celebrations with craft beer from Great Lakes Brewery, and food from a variety of vendors.
Visit Nathan Phillips Square from June 30 to July 3 for free concerts showcasing Canadian musicians.
And the candles on the birthday cake? Fireworks of course!
